Hi everyone! Here’s a quick guide on customizing your font sizes on each of your sections.
By default, the font sizes for your website template are optimised for design and easy viewing, but if you’d like to set custom font sizes for specific sections, you can easily do that.
I’m logged into the site builder now.
I’ll click on this Welcome section.
Note that for most sections, they will have a title, subtitle, description, and button, and if you don’t want to see any of these text items on the section, you can toggle them off.
For the items on the section, to change the font, I just have to find it on the left panel, and click the plus or minus where it says Font Size. You can also just enter a font size.
For example, if I want to change the font size for the buttons, I’ll just change that here.
If I want the secondary button to have a consistent font size, I’ll make sure I adjust that one as well.
Now for some sections, there are blocks, or mini sections, within the section. This welcome section doesn’t have any blocks, so I’ll add another section.
For example, I’ll add a services section.
I’ll choose this layout.
So just like the welcome section, there is a title, subtitle and description, but there are also these blocks within the section.
The difference for blocks is that if you want to change the font size for the text on a block, it will also affect the font sizes on the other blocks within the section.
This ensures that you have consistency across the design.
So for example, if I click on this first block, if I want to change the font size for the block title, I can click on this link that says Font Size that will take me to the section font sizes.
Now here, I can control the item title, and you’ll see it applies to the titles for all the blocks within this section.
I’ll also customize the font for the text on the buttons.
So that also applied to all the buttons on this section.
I’ll click back, so notice that whenever a block is selected, the font size links will open up the panel to control the font sizes for the blocks within this section.
So just a recap, if I click on the overall section, you can customize the title, subtitle or description font sizes and it will only affect this text, but if you click on a mini section or a block within a section, these font sizes need to be consistent with the same item type on the other blocks on this section.
So that’s it! As you can see it’s very simple to set custom font sizes across your website design. We hope that was helpful, and thanks for watching!
